Wallahi, depression and anxiety is a pain in the ass.
I don't like being sad and stuff without knowing the reason behind this uncanny misery of mine. My brain sometimes doesn't want to work the way I want it to be. And it usually ruin every efforts that I make.
My only gateway is through making du' a. Thats the only best way possible to escape from this crowded emotion of mine. Some people think that smoking is the best way to have a peaceful moment, I do agree with that but its only for a little while. And it will effect your future health (worst thing ever).
My solution is to cry as much as you like. Tear up in front of Allah Azza-Wajjal. Let out all the tension behold upon you to him. He is The Listener. He will comfort you with all the guidance and blessing. Verily, human are all imperfect and imperfection that will hold us together and more closer to him. He will guide us to the straight path. To His path. SubhanAllah, Allah Azza-Wajjal is our God but yet He still treat us with care. We disobey Him when he still grant us with wealth and health. And despite that, only a pin hole of His entire belongings was given out and he is the wealthiest of all the wealthiest man. He is the king of all king.

Allah SWT is choosing the most closes to Him and the most closes to Him because Allah SWT not only wants to give him the high station and high rank in front of Him but wants to also make him an example for other people and wants to make them people who actually produce and they show that they’ve got a reason to go to Jannah “
“ Those individuals who when they struck with clarity, when they struck with hardship and strife, they said : “indeed to Allah SWT we belong and to him we shall return” “ - Al Baqarah (155-156)
So from now on I will try my best towards positive thinking and smile more. Read more books, befriend with pious people, zikr more, go to islamic tazkirah and convention. Try my best to finish the Quran, and cover my aurat accordingly as told by sunnah and Quran. And the most important, will take solat seriously and try to pray as soon as the athan call. I want to be successful in dunia and the hereafter. Make du'a for me. May Allah Azza-Wajjal grant us with the highest blessing and guidance.
