Vegetarian bolognese is one of the most easiest gourmet dish that anyone can cook! Its full of flavour but also inexpensive.

Ingredients:
dried pasta
Start with 4 cups of dried pasta in a boiling salt water. Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the label. In the meantime, cut 1 onion and 5 cloves of garlic thinly. Then, dice the tomato and slice the mushroom. It can be any mushroom, I'm using shitake. After the pasta is cook, strain the water and leave it to cool.
In a pan, heat up 3 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the garlic, onion, and bay leaf. Saute until the onion turn translucent and add the mixed herb. Stir in 2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Next, add in 3 cups of tomato puree and 3/4 cup of water. Stir and turn down the heat. After 3 minutes, put in the tomato, chives and mushroom. Leave it for another 3 minutes, then add sugar according to taste, add salt if needed. Turn off the heat and its done!
Less ingredient, less hustle, less time consume.
